Overview:
Import cues with names into a user defined sequence.
Cue list name can be defined.
Sequence will be moved into user defined page and executor.
Cues numbers can be whole or decimals.
Create Excel File...
Create from scratch or use the downloadable template available on websites
Column A for rows 1-4 must contain the follow values (exclude quote marks):
1A - "ListName"
2A - "Sequence"
3A - "Page"
4A - "Executor"
Column B for rows 1-4 user defined values:
1B - Name for cue list
2B - Sequence number for cues to be stored in
3B - Page number for where the cue list will be moved to.
4B - Executor number for where the cue list will inserted.
Rows 5 and after, contains the cue information (no limit on number of cues)
Column A - must contain the word "Cue" (exclude quote marks)
Column B - cue number
Column C - cue name -Alphanumeric
Export/Save CSV file...
Save or export as a CSV (comma-separated values)
Covert to GMA3 ready XML file...
Goto https://www.bertuch.llc
select "GMA CSV Converter" Tab
Click on "browse..."
navigate to your saved csv file
click on "Convert CSV File"
click on "Download it Now!"
Save downloaded XML file to flash drive...
The flash drive should already have a GMA3 show saved on it.
Copy the downloaded XML file to the grandMA3\gma3_library\datapools\macros folder on the flash drive
Import as a Macro...
Within the show on the GMA3 console or grandMA3 onPC
Import into the Marco Pool
Run the newly imported Macro
